Dave's interest in antiques began when he was 6-7 years old buying box lots at local auctions around New Hampshire with his mother and step-father, Carolyn and Doc LeVarn.  He had his own table at the Amherst flea market at 7 years old where he sold tools, cameras, cannons, and old toys.  He left NH but returned for 2 years and worked at a local antique shop where he learned furniture repair and restoration.  After more than 25 years in landscape construction in California he returned once again to open this shop with his Mom.  After 3 years his Mom wanted to retire again, and so Dave bought her out.
